Shipping & Returns

  • Deliveries on the territory of Bulgaria are made by courier company Econt Express with cash on delivery and option test and review.
  • The standard delivery time is from 1 to 2 working days (except for settlements that are serviced according to Econt’s schedule).
  • Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, as well as national holidays are processed respectively – Monday or the first working day after the holiday.
  • Orders are processed until 4 p.m. on working days. Orders received after 4pm are processed the next business day.
  • If the shipment cannot be processed, you will be notified on the specified phone by our employee.

Shipping cost:

  • For orders made with cash on delivery option – the delivery price is fixed – 8€.

The consumer has the right within 14 days to refuse the goods he has purchased, and can choose to return the product from a personal address or office of the courier company Econt. The customer does not have to pay any costs, except for those for return delivery. The term starts from the date of:

  • Receive the product
    The value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the account you specified in the return application.

You can return an ordered item only when there is NO damage caused by improper use – the product is not torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed, with traces of makeup. The packaging must also be in its entirety and the item must be returned to it. All product labels must be preserved.

If we find that any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to refund the amount in your account and will have to send back to you the returned item.

You have the right to make a complaint in case of:

  • manufacturing defects of the goods (found on receipt of product (s) or within 14 days subject to the above return conditions)
  • Non-compliance with the announced / ordered size or model.
    In these cases, the delivery costs will be borne by the Merchant. The Client is obliged to notify the Merchant in writing in advance of the complaint to [email protected] by attaching photo material, where the defect is clearly indicated or in cases of incorrectly sent amount by the Merchant – indicating the order number, where it is visible and accurate the size desired by the Client.
