We process all orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 2- 3 business days for order processing.
- The delivery is free on orders above 300€.
- For orders below 300 euros we have a fixed shipping cost of 15 euros
- All orders are sent by Bulgarian Post Services
- Delivery time is 5-14 working days
- Your order will be trackable and you will receive tracking number by email. If you do not receive one, please email [email protected]
If we are unable to send your package due to high demand, you will be notified by phone or e-mail. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you as soon as possible.
Returns Policy
For products purchased from our online website, we will be happy to exchange or refund goods within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that the items should be unworn, unwashed and in the condition they were purchased, including all packaging.
There should be no wear or marks on either the inner or outer soles. Please ensure all labels and hygiene tags are still in place – we are only able to process a refund if the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent out.
For all standard orders, before returning an item, please contact us via e-mail: [email protected] and we will guide you through the returning process.
Once we receive the product/s back, a refund will be issued and the money will be transferred back to your PayPal or Credit/Debit card within 14 business days. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that do not meet the above mentioned criteria.
Should you receive a faulty item, do not hesitate to contact us on: [email protected] and specify the problem by attaching photos. We are unable to accept returns for items which have been worn.
